How does pricing scale with my portfolio?
Each plan covers a band of properties for one flat price — Solo 1–3, Pro 4–10, Portfolio 11–25. Beyond 25 on the Portfolio plan, it's just £1.50 per additional property per month. There are no per-tenant fees and no setup cost.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 14-day trial gives you the full product with no card required. When it ends, choose a plan to keep going — nothing is charged automatically until you do.
Do my tenants pay anything?
No. The tenant app is completely free for your tenants, on iOS and Android.
Can I change plans as my portfolio grows?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you cross a plan's property limit, PAM will prompt you to move up, and annual credit is prorated.
Is MTD tax filing available now?
Quarters are captured and SA105-categorised today. Direct submission switches on once HMRC software recognition is confirmed — you'll be notified the moment it's live.
